1General Introduction

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on jiliaap, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may only open one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be cancelled and any balance held may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect details will be cancelled.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

5Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is placed on Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless jiliaap itself offers the option to do so.
• Jiliaap reserves the right to void the outcome of any game where the result was affected by a technical error.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in a game will be voided, and the account may be suspended.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliaap:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulating or abusing the bonus system to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Cheating or harassing other users.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Involvement in match fixing or sports manipulation.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Jiliaap reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. Under normal circumstances, the reason will be communicated to the user.

• At the User's Request: To close your account at any time, contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, your account will be closed once the withdrawal is processed.
• For security reasons: If suspicious activity is detected, jiliaap may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
• For rule violations: Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.

8Limitation of Liability

Jiliaap will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• When a service outage occurs due to unexpected technical issues.

Jiliaap reserves the right to cap the maximum compensation payable under any circumstances.
